Shipping Policy

1. General 

Clouded Visions prides itself in providing excellent value Shipping options for our Customers with the majority of Purchases over $75.00 shipped free of charge. The following information sets out the Terms that constitute our Shipping Policy.

2. Processing your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of order.

3. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping.

3.1. Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances, all online orders received prior to 11:00 AM AWST Monday to Friday, will be Shipped the same day.
3.2. Online orders received after 11:00 AM AWST Monday to Thursday will be Shipped the following day.
3.3. Online orders received after 11:00 AM AWST on Fridays will be Shipped on the following Monday.
3.4. Clauses 3.1 to 3.3 will apply with the exception of public holidays in which case Shipping will occur on the next business day.

4. Shipment Locations

 Clouded Visions ships Domestically anywhere in Australia.

 5. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

5.1. All Purchases less than $75.00 and up to 5Kg in weight, are Shipped by Standard or Express AusPost and Clouded Visions offers very competitive flat rates for these for the Customer to choose from:
a. Standard AusPost: $10.00.
b. Express AusPost: $15.00.
5.2. Purchases less than $75.00 but over 5Kg in weight will be shipped by our chosen provider (the ‘Delivery Services Provider’).
5.3. Purchases $75.00 and over are Shipped free of charge by Express AusPost; the exception being for bulk orders of Vegetable Glycerine (VG) and Propylene Glycol (PG) with a shipment weight in excess of 5Kg??
5.4. For Customer orders of VG and/or PG with a weight in excess of 5Kg, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on your order at the time of Purchase.
5.5. Standard AusPost takes 2 – 7 business days depending on your location in Australia.
5.6. Express AusPost is usually delivered the following business day for most capital cities but can take 2-4 business days for remote locations.

 6. Tracking

Customers will receive an automated Shipping confirmation email containing the Tracking number(s) of your order and when the order was dispatched.

 7. Store Pick Ups

The Website provides Perth based Customers with the option to pick up their order from our Retail Outlet but please note this is ONLY available from our Canning Vale Retail store.

 8. Returned or Lost Shipments

8.1. Where a parcel is returned to Clouded Visions, we incur a fee from the Delivery Service Provider and this fee, along with the cost of reshipping your parcel, will need to be paid by you prior to the parcel being dispatched if the following circumstances (but not limited to) have occurred:

a. if the Delivery Service Provider cannot deliver your parcel to the address you specified during checkout; for example, a wrong or incomplete address, or you haven’t updated your address;
b. if you have not collected your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to us according to Australia Post’s abandoned parcels process; or
c. if you or someone in your place of residence rejects delivery of the parcel.
8.2. However, if we determine at our sole discretion that your parcel has been returned through no fault of your own, we will reship the parcel to you at no charge.
8.3. If you do not receive your Shipment and it is established that the Delivery Service Provider has lost it, Clouded Visions will resend your order and will deal with the loss internally.
